HIGH PERFORMANCE DESCALER AND CONCRETE SOLVENT

PROPERTIES

• strong acid, highly concentrated, liquid high performance descaler and concrete solvent.

• excellently suitable for removing of persistent residues of concrete quickly and without any residues.

• does not attack zinc, iron and non-ferrous metals due to the use of an optimal inhibitor system.

• removes lime and rust from working devices, reduces maintenance periods and idle times as well as energy costs of facilities and machines.

• possesses excellent protecting properties, at electrogalvanizing as well as galvanizing.

• has a well effect of passivation for iron and steel in case of already corroded zinc layers.

• do not apply on aluminium and chrome.

APPLICATION AREAS

• deseeds zinc-coated hot water pipes, boilers, heat exchangers and cooling towers with open cooling systems, high pressure devices, warm water containers, pipes, kettles and steam generators.

• cement trucks and machines, form works, frameworks.

• auxiliary tools for the cement processing industry.

APPLICATION

• has to be diluted 1:5 up to 1:15 with water depending on the thickness of fur in cold state and will be applied at a temperature up to max. 25 °C and an application time between 2 and 12 hours.

• after stone clearing a thorough rinsing with water has to be done.

• descaling takes place in closed circulation with recirculation pump and dosing tank.

• carbonate descaling ends, when the solution does not foam any more, but is still acid (test with pH paper).

• Caution! In case of application in closed systems it must be provided for ventilation to drain the emerging gases, which come up through decomposition of deposits.

• sealant, which is useless due to stone deposits, must be replaced if necessary.
