FLORANIN C<\/strong><\/p>\n

ist ein vollsynthetisches K\u00fchlschmiermittel. Es enth\u00e4lt weder Mineral\u00f6l noch Nitrit oder Nitrat und ist daher sehr gut biologisch abbaubar. FLORANIN C ist wassermischbar, hochergiebig und bietet verbesserten Korrosionsschutz. Es ist transparent und erm\u00f6glicht dadurch ein genaueres Arbeiten. FLORANIN C senkt den Verbrauch bei langen Emulsionsstandzeiten und schont die Werkzeuge. Es ist ideal zur spanabhebenden Bearbeitung von Stahl und Guss und auch f\u00fcr Aluminiumlegierungen geeignet. FLORANIN C erf\u00fcllt die Anforderungen der TRGS 611 und ist frei von NTA und EDTA.<\/p>\n

Zum Bohren, Fr\u00e4sen, Schleifen, Schneiden und S\u00e4gen; als synthetische Schmierung und K\u00fchlschmierung.<\/p>\n

VERARBEITUNGSHINWEISE<\/strong><\/p>\n

FLORANIN C muss je nach Anwendung mit Wasser verd\u00fcnnt werden:<\/p>\n

Schleifen: 1:30 bis 1:60<\/p>\n

Drehen: 1:20 bis 1:50<\/p>\n

Bohren: 1:20 bis 1:50<\/p>\n

Fr\u00e4sen: 1:20 bis 1:50<\/p>\n

Schneiden: 1:20 bis 1:60<\/p>\n

S\u00e4gen: 1:20 bis 1:30<\/p>\n

Schmieren: 1:20 bis 1:60<\/p>\n

oder je nach Anwendung in einer Konzentration von 2 – 5 % FLORANIN C ist auch in Automaten verarbeitbar.<\/p>\n
