FLOR® PLUS SUPER VISCO STABIL

It enables particularly economical use, as its excellent adhesion ensures that it is neither shed nor displaced even at high running speeds, thus reducing lubricant loss. FLOR® PLUS SUPER VISCO STABIL even withstands steam jet cleaning, is water-repellent, does not drip or resinify, and protects and lubricates parts exposed to water, steam, and corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis. FLOR® PLUS SUPER VISCO STABIL is colorless, has a high viscosity index, dampens shock and noise, extends lubrication intervals by 4 to 10 times, and reduces wear.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

Conveyor belts; chains, tubular conveyors, levers, winches, worm gears, open gears, cardan joints, chains, cables, ropes, spindles, hinges, joints, locks, couplings, slides, guide screws, guide devices.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

The operating temperature range is between -40 °C and +130 °C under continuous load. Remove any remaining lubricant. Shake FLOR® PLUS SUPER VISCO STABIL well before use and spray on a very thin layer, avoiding excess.

To maintain the product properties, store FLOR® PLUS SUPER VISCO STABIL in a frost-free place.
