RUST STABILIZER 

FLORIN® RS

stops rust, amends the paint adhesion. Fast to handling, elastic, weatherproof. Prevents rust-emergent. Spares a mechanical grinding and doesn’t attack healthy laqueres. It is nonpolluting, since it’s free from plumb and chromate. Natural weathering without top lacquer up to 6 months. FLORIN® RS is overcoatable with most customary lacqueres.

• Rust-repairs in the car and truck section

• Boiler plants, pipelines, gratings

• Crane plants, conveyors, construction machines

• Defecators, central laundries, scrap container and dumpsters

• Metal structural claddings, fences etc.

APPLICATION

• Underground-pretreatment: remove loose rust mechanical.

• Degrease surfaces thoroughly.

• Protract FLORIN® RS 1-2 times, depending on rust-instensitiy, by brush, lambskin-roll or via splash method.

• After 16-24 hours drying time painting is possible.

ADVICE

Let FLORIN® RS-coat dry off completely and absolutely accomplish a paint-adhesion test in de-reacted condition before varnishing over! Underground, brush and jar need to be absolutely fattless, otherwise the achievement of the product will be affected essentially. Stir up before using.
