SILICONE-BASED LUBRICANT AND RELEASE AGENT

FLORIN® SL

is a grease-free, high-performance release and lubricant with multifunctional properties. It is physiologically safe, environmentally friendly, and has a mild odor. Electrostatically non-conductive and antistatic (it prevents, for example, the charging of paper, plastics, and glass through friction). FLORIN® SL extends lubrication intervals by four to six times, making it highly economical to use when it comes to protecting and lubricating various components, improving their sliding properties, facilitating cleaning, preventing contamination and sticking, and protecting them from heat, moisture, and frost without resinifying. FLORIN® SL is extremely temperature-resistant; constant temperature exposure from -40 °C to +210 °C (briefly up to +300 °C) is possible after the solvent evaporates. FLORIN® SL is highly active: due to its consistency, it can reach even hard-to-reach places and has excellent release properties for production molds (e.g. in rubber and plastics manufacturing) and is therefore often used in the following areas, among others: printing works, manufacturing and processing industries, automotive, plastics technology, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, window construction, precision mechanics and electrical engineering; offices, postal processing.

Precision mechanical parts, metal, wood, and plastic mechanisms, machines and tools for processing non-ferrous metals, wood, rubber, paper, clothing, leather, and textiles; drawers, sliding doors, door locks, material guide surfaces on sawing, cutting, punching, milling, and planing machines; foils and paper on all types of printing, sorting, enveloping, copying, folding, and packaging machines; synthetic yarns for machine sewing; plastics, vehicle tarpaulins and upholstery, rubber and plastic seals, chrome parts and trim, radio and radar equipment, battery terminals, ignition systems

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Apply FLORIN® SL in a very thin layer or spray on, avoiding excess.

To maintain product properties, store FLORIN® SL frost-free.
