Key properties

Highly-concentrated odorless sanitizing product based on quaternary ammonium salts with a wide spectrum of activity on microorganisms. “NEU032 CI” is an excellent antialgae product. It does not irritate and does not cause rusting. It is the product with many different applications. It is ideal for floors, walls, a variety of surfaces and equipment. “NEU032 CI” is also an exceptional odor remover.

User instructions

The concentration of “NEU032 CI” depends mainly on contact time, temperature and pH. At the temperature of 20 °C and pH 7 the suggested dosage and contact times are the following:

NORMAL SANIFICATION:

50 ml of “NEU032 CI” in 10 L of water contact time 2.5 min

30 ml of “NEU032 CI” in 10 L of water contact time 5 min

20 ml of “NEU032 CI” in 10 L of water contact time 10 min

10 ml of “NEU032 CI” in 10 L of water contact time 20 min

ENERGETIC SANITIZATION:

100 ml of “NEU032 CI” in 10 L of water average contact time 5 minutes.

ODOUR REMOVING:

200 ml of “NEU032 CI” in 10 L of water average contact time 15 min.

SANIFICATION OF EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY AND SURFACES IN FOOD INDUSTRY:

Dilute from 20 ml to 400 ml of “NEU032 CI” in 10 L of water depending on the type of application.

Apply the obtained solution onto the surface to be treated and leave for the time suggested above. When concentrated solutions are used or when the product is applied in food industry, rinsing is necessary after treatment. The product is more effective when hot water is used (about 40 °C).
